BidReady collects only what we need to answer a quote request and prepare an estimate. We do not sell your information.

01Who we are
BidReady is a Tennessee-based company serving contractors nationwide. We provide construction estimating and takeoffs for general contractors and specialty trades. This policy covers bidreadyco.com, the homepage quote form, uploaded plan files, and plan-room links you send us.
02What a quote submission includes
The form may collect your name, company, email, phone, project name, location or ZIP, bid deadline, time zone, trades, project type, plan issue date, addenda status, prevailing-wage status, requested turnaround, project notes, a plan-room or file link (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, BuildingConnected, or similar), and an optional plan-file upload. Submitting the form does not create an engagement. We use the information to understand scope and reply with fee, turnaround, and delivery date after plan review.
03Uploaded plans and confidentiality
Drawings, addenda, and other files you upload or link are treated as confidential project materials. We use them only to quote and, if you hire us, to estimate the job you requested. We do not publish client names, addresses, or identifiable plan sets as marketing samples without sanitizing them first.
04How we use it
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, process payments you initiate, and follow up on work you asked us to price. We do not sell your data, rent your contact list, or use quote-form details for advertising.
05Who else sees it
Quote requests are emailed to quotes@bidreadyco.com. The form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, and then to our mailbox. File links may be opened in the host you chose (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, BuildingConnected, or a plan room). We may share details with a teammate working your bid set. Payment, if you use the Client Pays page, is processed by Stripe. We do not sell that information.
06Cookies
This marketing site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The host, form provider, or payment provider may set a strictly necessary cookie so the page, form, or checkout can run. Crisp chat, if you open it, is operated by Crisp and follows Crisp’s own privacy terms.
07How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and plan files long enough to reply and, if you hire us, to do the work. We are not a long-term plan room. If you want a request removed, email us and we will delete it unless we still need it for an active job, payment record, or a legal obligation.
