Retainers are not just a discount. They provide priority scheduling, reserved capacity, and limited credit rollover.
Credits map to project size: Limited 0.75 · Small 1 · Standard 1.5 · Large 2.5 · Complex after review.
Example: one Small Commercial estimate deducts 1 credit; one Standard deducts 1.5. A 3-credit month can cover three Small jobs, or one Small and one Standard.
